These terms describe the license granted when you purchase or use ResumePoint and the responsibilities that come with using the app.

License grant
A paid ResumePoint 1.x License is a one-time, perpetual, non-transferable license for one purchaser to use the app on up to two active Macs. It includes compatible ResumePoint 1.x updates. A future major version may require a separate purchase.
You may not resell, publish, share, or use a License Key to provide access to people outside the purchaser’s household or organization. Deactivating a Mac releases that device slot.
Your data and backups
Checkpoint data is stored locally. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and reviewing saved resources before restoring them. ResumePoint does not guarantee that every third-party app, browser, file, tab, or workspace can always be restored.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the licensing service, attempt to activate stolen or shared keys, interfere with service availability, or use ResumePoint in violation of applicable law. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Availability and warranty
ResumePoint is provided on an “as available” basis. We may ship fixes, change third-party integrations, or discontinue an unsupported feature. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
Payments, changes, and contact
The merchant shown at checkout processes payment, tax, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a new date. Contact support before purchasing if these terms do not meet your needs.
